REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Projelox, we want you to be happy with your Galaxy Projector. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and our support team will help you as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at projelox@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your Galaxy Projector arrives damaged, defective, broken, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at projelox@outlook.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos or video of the issue
  • photos of the packaging, if damaged

If the product arrived broken or defective, we will review the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item arrived broken or defective
  • the wrong item was sent

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been used
  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • items returned without prior approval
  • gift cards
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
